Pictured is a 6" adult male. The Taiwan reef cichlids we breed are of the variant found near Higga Reef in Lake Malawi. If you're not sure where that is, check google maps. These are some of the most sought after taiwan reef ciclids in the hobby. A unique characteristic of this hap species is males begin to show coloration as 2" juveniles, making them easy to sex. They have a relatively mild temperament and mix well with other hap cichlids and peacocks. These are a must have in an all male, mixed hap/peacock community tank.
